Strategic Sway was contracted in 2018 as a digital marketing consultant, advertising agency and social media management company to establish the social media presence of the New York Association of Convenience Stores (NYACS) and develop the training materials and tools for for a NYACS employee to manage social media. We provided a social media plan, guidelines and protocol that can easily transition between employees should the need arise. This documented plan assured NYACS that anyone can easily step in and understand the plan as it relates to their organization's voice, frequency and subject matter of their posts, and style of content on social media. This year-long project exceeded the expectations of NYACS and we traveled to their Albany office for a one day training session to complete the transition. NYACS is active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. We are currently under contract with NYACS to run their social media advertising in 2019 to support their Trade Show and Fall Conference; to provide consulting on day to day social media marketing, and monthly analytics delivered in a way that is easy to understand.
